In der Tat ist es schwer geworden, einen traditionellen Bäcker, Metzger oder Blumenladen zu finden – was sich an alteingesessenem Einzelhandel dagegen noch halten zu können scheint, sind die obskureren Geschäfte. Fast könnte man annehmen, der Bedarf an Briefmarkensammlungen, Mineralien, Furzkissen und biographischer Literatur wäre in Neukölln größer, als der an Brötchen, Blumen und Wurst.
